Regional Training Manager
As Regional Training Manager Kevin is responsible for the systems, tracking and materials used for training at all Mike Mariola Restaurants concepts. Kevin has always believed that to be successful, you should always be training; either by teaching someone something new or by learning something new yourself. He has had the opportunity to live this doctrine at all levels of the restaurant world from Taco Bell to Tavern on the Green.
Kevin joined the Mike Mariola Restaurants team in 2015 as the General Manager of City Square Steakhouse in Wooster and was promoted to this regional role in 2019. In his free time, he volunteers at local arts organizations, sits on the board of the Wayne Center for the Arts in Wooster, and entertains his wife and son practicing sleight of hand.
