At Mike Mariola Restaurants (parent company of The City Square Steakhouse and The Rail), we have always maintained the highest standards to ensure the safety of our team and our guests.  We are working daily with our expert team of hospitality professionals to follow any updated guidelines from the local health department and government agencies.  We have put additional measures in place to ensure that our restaurants continue to be safe and hospitable as you order carryout of our delicious local fare, All-Ohio craft beer, and your favorite bottles of wine to enjoy from the comfort of your home. Some of the actions we are taking to keep you and our teams safe include:

• Employees wearing masks

• Employing the use of timers to regularly remind all employees to wash hands

• Continuing the practice of additional routine environmental cleaning and sanitizing

• Encouraging curbside pickup

• Encouraging guests to pay over the phone or online

  • For guests who would rather not pay via phone or online, staff are using gloved hands to process credit cards or handle cash​

• Sanitizing all surfaces after each guest leaves who comes in to pick up their order​

• Keeping doors propped open when possible to allow easy 'touchless' carryout pickup

• Screening all staff as they come in and mandating that any employee displaying any symptoms of potential illness stay home

• Holding meetings daily to stay on top of any pertinent governmental or industry changes or mandates
