Marketing Manager

 

Rachel is involved in all marketing and brand development strategies for Rail Craft Kitchen & Bar, The City Square Steakhouse, Mariola Italian and Caribou Coffee, overseeing the advertising, communications, creative and public relations initiatives for the brands.

 

Having taken an interest in all things food at a young age (for which she credits her mother, the head chef in her household), it was only fitting that Rachel would end up developing a career in the restaurant industry. Beginning with a part-time job working in a local kitchen as a teenager, she went on after college to work in both operational and marketing capacities to help transform a single-store concept into a multi-unit national chain.

 

Rachel joined the MMR team with over a decade of restaurant experience. She currently resides in Columbus, and when she's not manning our social media accounts, she's playing with her beloved dogs, Duke and Zoey.
