Executive Chef

 

Patrick is the Executive Chef for Mike Mariola Restaurants and oversees the culinary operations across the company. He has worked in the hospitality industry since the age of 16, starting as a dishwasher. After attending The Ohio State University for Hospitality Management, he went into management at various concepts and traveled the country opening new restaurants. He joined Mike Mariola Restaurants in 2022 and helped open the Grandview Rail location.

Patrick resides in Columbus and enjoys spending time with his fiancée and friends and attending local sporting events and live music.
